As a Property Stylist, I know how to design model homes that draw in buyers so you get more sales, faster. I will design to your target market, whether singles, young families, move-up families, older adults ("active adults"), or senior citizens. I handle all aspects of the process for your peace-of-mind, including:

• Choosing finishes and styles for cabinets, flooring, hardware, lighting, counters, etc. if you wish
• Creating on-line design boards that show my design vision for your project
• Shopping for furniture, bedding, window treatments, and accessories using my designer resources and/or at quick-ship stores as needed
• Overseeing all deliveries and placement of furniture, styling beds, even installing drapes and art, and obsessing over accessory placement!
• Most importantly, working within your budget to purchase or rent furniture, depending on your time frame.
